Tips for care

We want you to enjoy our products for as long as possible, so please follow the care recommendations for different types of fabrics:

General recommendations for care

Washing

  • We recommend washing products at temperatures up to 30°C in the mode of delicate cycle.

  • Use mild detergents (gels)and avoid aggressive components and bleach.

  • Separate colored items from white ones and do not combine different types of fabrics in the same cycle.

  • Spin the products at minimum speedto maintain the shape and structure of the fabric.

Drying

  • Dry the products in a natural wayavoiding direct sunlight.

  • Do not use a tumble dryer and do not dry on or near batteries.

  • Lay out the products in a straightened formto avoid creases and deformation.

Ironing

  • Iron from the wrong side out or through a thin cloth to avoid shine.

  • For the best effect, you can slightly moisten the product or use a a steamer.

  • Use the the steam function function for more delicate smoothing.

Additional tips

  • If the product shrinks a little after washing, gently stretch it out by handwhile it is still damp and dry it flat.

  • Cotton fabrics are prone to shrinkage at high temperatures, so avoid hot water and tumble drying.

  • Melange materials may cost more than others due to the combined composition of the threads - this is a natural feature of the fabric. If pills appear, use a a special machine to remove them.

Caring for velor products

Washing

  • Before washing, fasten all zippers, loosen the clips at the waist and sleeves.

  • Wash the product from the outside (do not turn it inside out) to avoid the formation of wrinkles.

  • The optimal washing temperature is up to 30°Cand the mode is delicate, speed - low low.

  • Use mild detergents without aggressive components.

  • When hand washing do not rub or twist the product - this can damage the pile and deform the fabric.

Drying

  • Do not tumble dry - velor does not tolerate high temperatures.

  • For natural drying, lay the product out on a horizontal surface with a towel to remove excess moisture.

  • Do not hang a damp product on hangers - this may cause stretching and deformation.

Ironing

  • It is not recommended to iron velor. High temperatures can leave marks or damage the pile.

  • If you need to remove wrinkles, use steameror use a steam iron without touching the fabric.

Additional tips

  • After washing, gently smooth the pile with your handsto restore softness and shine.

  • If the pile is crumpled, use a a brush with soft bristles to restore the surface.

  • Store velor suits on hangers with wide hangersand keep them unfolded.

  • Avoid storage in a folded state and rubbing against rough surfaces (such as bags or backpacks) to prevent scuffing.

Caring for Satin Items

Washing

Before washing, fasten all zippers and buttons.
We recommend washing the garment inside out to preserve the smoothness of the fabric and the vibrancy of the color.
The optimal washing temperature is up to 30°C; use the delicate cycle and a low spin speed.
Use mild detergents that do not contain bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying

Do not use a dryer—high temperatures can damage the fabric’s structure.
Air-dry the item on a hanger or a flat surface, away from direct sunlight.
Do not overdry the fabric—this can make ironing more difficult.

Ironing

Iron satin on the reverse side at a low temperature.
For best results, use a steamer or the steam setting.
Do not hold the iron in one spot for too long.

Additional tips

Avoid contact between the fabric and sharp objects or jewelry that could snag it.
Store items on hangers or neatly folded to prevent creases.
Do not use harsh stain removers without first testing them on an inconspicuous area of the fabric.

Caring for terry products

Washing

Machine wash at temperatures up to 30°C inside out, on the delicate cycle at low speed.

Use mild gel detergents. Avoid powders, fabric softeners and bleaches - they can damage the fibers and change the texture of the terry.

Close all zippers before washing.

Drying

Do not dry the products in a dryer - high temperatures deform the material.

Dry naturally on a horizontal surface.
Avoid direct sunlight and heating appliances.

Additional tips

Do not iron terry products. If you need to refresh the shape, use a steamer.

Store products in a folded position to avoid stretching.

Caring for knitted products

Washing

  • Before washing, fasten all zippers and buttons.

  • Wash by hand or on the delicate cycle at temperatures up to 30°C і minimum speed.

  • High temperatures can cause shrinkage and loss of shape.

  • Use mild detergents for delicate fabrics or special formulas for wool and cashmere.

Drying

  • Do not hang the product after washing - this can deform the shape.

Ironing

  • For refresh cashmere you can use a steamer or simply ventilate the item.

  • If lint appears, use machine or a cashmere brush. This is a natural process for soft fibers.

  • To avoid deformation, do not stretch the product when washing or wearing it. Shape it with your hands while drying.

  • If the product has a complex fiber composition or decor professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Care of products made of lining and fleece insulation

Washing

Material features

  • The inside of the fleece: It is normal for the first few wears to cause pilling. After a few wears, the fleece becomes denser and the pilling no longer appears.

  • The outer side of the fleece: Pills may form at friction points. They can be carefully removed with a special machine or a soft brush.

  • Melange products may cost more due to the combined composition of the threads. If pills appear, use a special machine.

  • Do not iron fleece garments. If you need to remove wrinkles, use the low temperature steam setting or a a steamer.

Caring for down jackets

Down jackets require delicate care.
We recommend only professional dry cleaning - home washing can damage the filling and outer fabric.

Do not machine wash, soak or bleach the product.
Store in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
