Delivery and payment

Delivery within Ukraine:

• We deliver within Ukraine within 2-14 business days from the moment the order is placed.
  Shipments are made by Nova Poshta.
• To clarify the estimated delivery date or to find out about the availability of goods, please contact our managers in Direct Instagram @044garden or by phone +38 (068) 826-65-20.
• We offer two payment options:

1) Full payment online (made during the ordering process on the website via convenient online payment services)
2)Cash on delivery with a 400 UAH prepayment (after placing your order, you will receive an SMS with payment details for the prepayment).

Important: If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

• !!! If you refuse to accept your order, the prepayment is non-refundable, as it covers the costs of logistics, packaging, and order processing.

   

International shipping:

• We deliver worldwide (except for aggressor countries) using Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
• Delivery time depends on the remoteness of the country.
• !!! Once the package has crossed the border, we no longer have access to its tracking information—you can check the shipment status yourself using the tracking number.
• International delivery is carried out only on condition of full payment for the goods and delivery (in accordance with the carrier's rates).
• Please note: in the event of loss of a parcel by postal services, the carrier is liable.
