Washing

• Before washing, fasten all zippers and buttons.
  
• Wash by hand or on the delicate cycle at temperatures up to 30°C і minimum speed.
  
• High temperatures can cause shrinkage and loss of shape.
  
• Use mild detergents for delicate fabrics or special formulas for wool and cashmere.
  
• Avoid Bleaches, harsh chemicals and conditioners - they damage natural fibers.
  
• When machine washing - mandatory use a mesh bagto prevent stretching or damaging the fabric.

   

Drying

• Do not hang the product after washing - this can deform the shape.
  
• Spread it out on a clean towel in a horizontal positionto dry naturally.
  
• Do not unscrew the the product - gently blot between two towels to remove excess moisture.
  
• Avoid direct sunlight і heating deviceswhich dry out the fibers.

   

Ironing

• Iron on the minimum temperature in the "wool" or "delicate fabrics" mode.
  
• Use the steam or iron through a fine clothto avoid shine.
  
• Best of all steamerwhich gently smoothes without direct contact.

   

Additional tips

• Do not store knitwear and cashmere on hangers - it is better to put them on the shelf in one layer.
  
• Store in a dry, ventilated placewithout plastic or vacuum bags.
  
• Cashmere does not require frequent washing - just after a few wears or as needed.
  
• Cashmere is a particularly delicate material. It should not be washed too often - after a few wears or as needed.
  
• For refresh cashmere you can use a steamer or simply ventilate the item.
  
• To freshen up - use a steamer or light ventilation.
  
• If lint appears, use machine or a cashmere brush. This is a natural process for soft fibers.
  
• To avoid deformation, do not stretch the product when washing or wearing it. Shape it with your hands while drying.
  
• If the product has a complex fiber composition or decor professional dry cleaning is recommended.

International shipping:

• We deliver worldwide (except for aggressor countries) using Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
• Delivery time depends on the remoteness of the country.
• !!! Once the package has crossed the border, we no longer have access to its tracking information—you can check the shipment status yourself using the tracking number.
• International delivery is carried out only on condition of full payment for the goods and delivery (in accordance with the carrier's rates).
• Please note: in the event of loss of a parcel by postal services, the carrier is liable.

Return and Exchange Policy

Items from the Basic and Homewear category (044UNDER) are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

refunds Once the seller has received and inspected the item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
