Washing

• Before washing fasten all zippers.
  
• Machine wash at temperatures up to 30°C у inside outon delicate cycle з low speed.
  
• Use gentle gel detergents. Avoid powders, fabric softeners, and bleaches - these harsh chemicals damage the fibers and accelerate the formation of pills.

   

Drying

• Do not dry in a dryeras high temperatures can deform the material.
  
• Dry the products naturally on a horizontal surface.
  
• Avoid battery-operated and direct sunlight dryingto prevent the fabric from fading.

   

Material features

• The inside of the fleece: It is normal for the first few wears to cause pilling. After a few wears, the fleece becomes denser and the pilling no longer appears.
  
• The outer side of the fleece: Pills may form at friction points. They can be carefully removed with a special machine or a soft brush.
  
• Melange products may cost more due to the combined composition of the threads. If pills appear, use a special machine.

   

Additional tips

• Do not iron fleece garments. If you need to remove wrinkles, use the low temperature steam setting or a a steamer.
  
• Store the products on hangersto avoid creasing.

International shipping:

• We deliver worldwide (except for aggressor countries) using Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
• Delivery time depends on the remoteness of the country.
• !!! Once the package has crossed the border, we no longer have access to its tracking information—you can check the shipment status yourself using the tracking number.
• International delivery is carried out only on condition of full payment for the goods and delivery (in accordance with the carrier's rates).
• Please note: in the event of loss of a parcel by postal services, the carrier is liable.

Return and Exchange Policy

Items from the Basic and Homewear category (044UNDER) are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
