Washing

Machine wash at temperatures up to 30°C inside out, on the delicate cycle at low speed.

Use mild gel detergents. Avoid powders, fabric softeners and bleaches - they can damage the fibers and change the texture of the terry.

Close all zippers before washing.

Drying

Do not dry the products in a dryer - high temperatures deform the material.

Dry naturally on a horizontal surface.
Avoid direct sunlight and heating appliances.

Additional tips

Do not iron terry products. If you need to refresh the shape, use a steamer.

Store products in a folded position to avoid stretching.

International shipping:

• We deliver worldwide (except for aggressor countries) using Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta.
• Delivery time depends on the remoteness of the country.
• !!! Once the package has crossed the border, we no longer have access to its tracking information—you can check the shipment status yourself using the tracking number.
• International delivery is carried out only on condition of full payment for the goods and delivery (in accordance with the carrier's rates).
• Please note: in the event of loss of a parcel by postal services, the carrier is liable.

Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days of the purchase date or the date you received your order. This period begins on the date you actually receive the item.

Items from the Basic and Homewear category (044UNDER) are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

product condition requirements In order for an exchange or return to be possible, the product must meet the following conditions:

– preserved marketable appearance and shape of the product;

– intact labels, tags, packaging, and other components;

– absence of foreign odors, contamination, or damage that occurred after purchase;

– the product has not been misused and has not undergone chemical or mechanical treatment.

Return Policy!!! To return an item, you must fill out the return form included with your package or use the online version. The form includes information about the item, the reason for the return, and your contact details.

refunds Once the seller has received and inspected the item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note: refunds will only be issued once it has been confirmed that the item meets all condition requirements. If the return policy is violated, no refund will be issued.
