There are two ways to pay for the goods:

1. Full payment. Payment on the site is made in full using online payment services when placing an order.

2. Cash on delivery with an advance payment of 200 UAH. To do this, you need to contact our Direct managers on Instagram @044garden

Exchange and return of goods are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order.

It is also mandatory to preserve the presentation of the product and the integrity of all labels and tags. If the protective system is damaged or torn, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds are made within 10 business days from the date the seller receives the product you wish to return.

Please note that the funds are refunded only after confirmation that all the requirements for returning the goods have been met. Otherwise, the refund cannot be made.

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”

We want you to enjoy our items for as long as possible, so here are some recommendations for caring for them:

• Use the delicate wash cycle
• Water temperature during washing should not exceed 30°C
• Wash inside out (if there are zippers, fasten them)
• Do not wash with other colored items
• Do not combine different materials when washing
• Do not use the drying function
• Spin at minimum speed
• Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight
• Do not iron the logo (use a steamer if possible)
